How much will it be?

Guess what .... it is not a dollar more than what we normally charge..... $25 per person adults and children - Babies 0-12months old are free but don't participate in the activities. EXCEPT on the 25th of April that has the public holiday rate. card payments do have a surcharge.
 

Do we need to book?

YES, you do.... firstly, the online price is $25 per person adults and children. if you decide to not book and just turn up then

1. If we are booked out you will not be able to come in

2. It is a lot more expensive

3. You hold up the line of EVERYONE who has booked as waivers need to be filled out and paperwork signed.

Are there any extras on the day?

YES, all the normal extras will be available.

$5 extras - Pony Rides, Feed Buckets and Digger Tokens

$10 extras - collect a dozen free range eggs and take them home.

ANIMAL ENCOUNTERS may also be available - but due to staffing we can only book these on the day.

Do we need to bring anything along?

Not really however - A few lead pencils or pens may be handy!, and the best smiles for all the pictures that will be taken!

What do we wear?

Well ..... It is a FARMY SCAVENGER HUNT... so farmy clothes would be fun! if we have had rain, gumboots would be a great idea or just old shoes. raincoats if looking like it might rain too.

STURDY FOOTWEAR - NO thongs, crocs, open toed shoes or heels.... please... no heels!

IT IS RAINING- what do we do?

It is up to you what you decide to do- the kids don't usually care about the rain it can actually add to a great day, BUT if it is going to ruin the visit... PLEASE CANCEL. We want you to have the best time at the farm and if rain is going to ruin it then its best to cancel and visit us on another day.

BTW we are talking about LIGHT RAIN - heavy rain, storms, hail, flash flooding IS NOT FUN!! check the weather in DURAL prior to visiting.

We need to cancel - How do we do that?

It is SOOOOOO easy!

Open up the email that was sent to you when you made the booking, there is a link you can click to send us an email just say CANCEL BOOKING

Please think of us and cancel if you can't make it. We staff our day to the bookings made and if any of you own a business you would know that wages are expensive!!

ONE MORE THING.... A VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM US

When you book your spot online.... PLEASE CHECK YOUR CART before proceeding. We don't make you prepay for your visit... it is better for you because we don't want YOU to feel like to must visit when your little one is unwell, or you must visit in the rain... because you have already spent your money. WE WANT YOU TO HAVE THE BEST VISIT WITHOUT FEELING LIKE YOU HAVE TO BE HERE BECAUSE YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE MONEY.

and we think this is why people can be a little careless when making a booking and book different times, double up days, double up bookings, enter the wrong amount of visitors etc. We spend at least 2 hours each day fixing up errors!! that is a lot... we don't honestly mind fixing up mistakes especially when you have told us... we are grateful you do.. it does make checking a little easier.. but please just double check!
