Before calling us to see if we got it..
CHECK YOUR JUNK / SPAM INBOX
We answer each request in person, it is not automated. We want to make sure our numbers of visitors are inline with our restrictions.
Once your request has been processed we reply with either a confirmation email confirming all details OR an alternative time email.
If you have NOT had a reply after 24 hours firstly check your JUNK or SPAM folder.
If it is not there we are not sure where it is, send another booking request.
We mostly process requests on the same day within business hours 9am - 4pm

If it is a URGENT booking ie same day you may ring us but we don't always answer - EMAIL is best.
ALSO, Follow us on facebook and/or instagram for any UPDATES that may occur before your visit- we are in challenging times and we take each day as it comes.
